How much are the shipping costs and how long is the delivery time?

Orders with a value above € 50, – ( after deduction of discounts ) will be delivered free of charge. For all other orders, shipping costs are €4.95. Orders placed and paid on a business day before 10 p.m. can be delivered the next day in the Netherlands, and within 2 business days in Belgium.

How will my order be shipped?

All YIONN orders are shipped with a Track&Trace number.
The Track&Trace link in the e-mail allows you to track the status of your order.

When will I receive my order if I order over the weekend?

Orders placed and paid for on a Saturday or Sunday will be delivered on Tuesday.

Where is my order?

  • In the e-mail with the shipping confirmation you will find a Track&Trace number.
    With the Track&Trace link in the e-mail you can track the status of your order.
  • For shipping within the Netherlands, if payment for your order is successful before 10 p.m. on weekdays, you will receive the package the next day.
  • For shipping to Belgium, you will receive your order within 2 business days, if the payment of your order is confirmed before 10 p.m. on business days.
  • In the unlikely event that your package does not arrive within the regular delivery time, please contact us in a timely manner. We can only initiate another inquiry with the postal service within 2 weeks of the original delivery date.

What else should I know about shipping my order?

  • We will send a confirmation email as soon as your payment is received.
    You will receive a new confirmation as soon as your order has been sent to the address provided (also always check your spam if you have not received an email).
  • The cost of shipping is in euros and is listed separately on the invoice.
  • We cannot guarantee delivery times; they are indicative and for informational purposes only.
  • We do not offer express delivery at this time.
  • Should your package unexpectedly not arrive within the regular delivery time, please contact us promptly.
    We can only investigate with the postal service within 2 weeks after the original delivery date.
    After these 2 weeks we cannot give any compensation or help you further.
  • Were you not at home and your order was delivered to a pickup point? After the maximum retention period, your package will be returned automatically. You will then receive your money back and the best thing to do is to order again.
  • If you have the order delivered to a pickup point, you can pick up the package within one week. After that, the package returns automatically. You will then see this as a status on your Track & Trace. Once we have received the package back, we will credit the products and there will be a €5.95 handling and shipping charge.Please note that we do not receive notification from the carrier when your package is returned, so please keep a close eye on your Track & Trace.
