Not Satisfied Money Back Guarantee
What is covered by this guarantee?
We stand behind all our products we sell. If you are dissatisfied with a product, for any reason you can, within 30 days of purchase, return your product to us. For this guarantee, we apply the following conditions:
- You have not previously used the Not Good Money Back Guarantee
- You don’t ask for a refund on someone else’s order, or on an order you made through a third party
- You don’t ask for a refund on a product you received for free
- You bought the product less than 30 days ago
- You have used only what is reasonably necessary to test operation. So we may assume if you bought e.g. 3 of the same products, you only opened and used 1 of them.
It does not matter if you have already used the product or not yet ( How else can you try it? ). Upon receipt of your return, we will simply refund the purchase price. However, the cost of return shipping is at your expense. Our 30-day money-back guarantee in no way affects the legal right of withdrawal.
How can I take advantage of this guarantee?
- Within 30 days of receiving your order, send us advance notice at support@yionn.com that you are returning one or more products. This is how we know that a return is arriving and who it is from. Without timely return notification in advance, we cannot process your return and you will not be eligible for a refund.
- The cost and risk of shipping your return is at your own expense. Pack your return securely and always use a box to put the products in. YIONN products do not fit through the mailbox, so a return presented as a mailbox package will not be accepted and is not eligible for a refund.
- If you received a free gift/product with your order during a promotion and would like to return your entire order, we would ask that you also return the free gift/product. If you return your entire order but want to keep the free gift/product, the value of the free gift/product will be deducted from the refund of the rest of the order you returned.
- Within 5 days of receiving your return, you can expect a refund from us to the same account number or payment method you used to pay for your order. You will receive a full refund from us if you cancel the entire order. If you return part of your order, we will refund you the value of the returned products. CAUTION: Are you returning products and does the total amount of your order fall below the value of free shipping? Then we are forced to deduct the free shipping from the amount to be refunded.
- Empty products will not be accepted and are not covered by the return policy.
- We do not accept returns on orders placed through a third party.

At YIONN we are convinced that our products work, but are certainly also aware that it is not a ready-made solution for everyone.
