Step 1: Drink (Enough) Water
Water plays a key role in your daily skincare routine. It helps flush out toxins, cleansing your body and skin from the inside out.
Proper hydration prevents dryness, boosting your vitality and giving your skin a radiant glow. A well-hydrated skin is more elastic, reducing irritation, minimizing wrinkles and pores, and even decreasing the chance of breakouts by lowering oil concentration.
Fail to drink enough water, and your skin will quickly look dull. Throughout the year, aim to drink at least 1.5 liters (or 8 to 12 glasses) of water daily—but in summer, you’ll need even more!
Hot weather significantly increases your sweat production, so you need to replace that lost moisture.

In short: scrubbing is fine, but keep it moderate. Twice a week is plenty!
Tip! Scrub your skin the evening before sun exposure for a more even tan.
