c. You create an account (and store in our webshop) To place an order through our website, you can register yourself as a customer through yionn.com. You create an account, which is password protected and linked to your email address. You enter your information yourself and, by logging into your account, can also change it at any time.

WHAT DATA We process the following data: – First and last name; – Residential (delivery) address; – Email address; – Telephone number; – IP address; – Which products you have viewed in the past 60 days; – Which products you have ordered; – Your last visit and login are also recorded.

We do not process payment information. Payments to our webshop are processed through a third party (Payment Service Provider, which is Mollie). Mollie allows you to pay securely in several ways. You enter your credit card or bank account information only on these secure pages and then complete your order here. We only receive notification from Mollie that your payment has been received but not your credit card or bank account number. If you choose to pay via Klarna, then the above also applies but in addition we record your date of birth, this is needed to authenticate your payment this in information is shared with Klarna.

CUSTOM AUDIENCE TARGETING When you order products from us, and you have given us permission to do so, we may also use your email address for custom audience targeting through Facebook and Google. YIONN creates a custom audience group by uploading email addresses of its customers into an advertising tool. This group can then be linked to a specific Facebook campaign: only these Facebook users will see the campaign. d. You store in our webshop without a login/account

To place an order through our website, it is not necessary to register as a customer. You yourself enter the data we need to fulfill your order and can also change this data yourself at any time.

2. How will your data be protected?

YIONN understands that keeping your personal information secure is very important. The data stored in our database is protected through the use of common electronic security techniques, according to current data security standards.
