How do I use the Róa treatment lotion?

Apply the Róa treatment lotion* thinly to the problem area daily. Use a (reusable) cotton pad to apply the lotion. Allow to soak in and do not rinse off. After this, you can apply deodorant, body lotion or other care products as desired. Róa is suitable for application immediately after hair removal, but may cause a stinging sensation on sensitive skin.

Then apply Róa on a different part of the day than when you depilate. TIP: Apply Róa before you go to sleep. At night, your skin is less affected by pinching clothes, and you also don’t have to wait to get dressed in the morning rush until the lotion is absorbed. Róa has a mild exfoliating effect. This may produce a slight form of peeling, and is a natural result of the dead skin cells being released. Not everyone experiences this effect, and it is not necessary to achieve good results. Applying Róa in the evening allows you to nourish your skin in the morning with a moisturizer or body lotion. This also accelerates the loosening of dead skin cells. This shedding stops on its own when all the dead skin cells are removed. * Contains a small amount of aspirin. Not recommended in pregnancy, lactation or allergy.

For whom is Róa (not) suitable?

The Róa treatment lotion is suitable for both men and women and for all skin types and skin tones. Are you pregnant, nursing or allergic to acetylsalicylic acid ( better known by the brand name Aspirin )? Then Róa is not suitable. Do you still want to use Róa while pregnant or breastfeeding? Always consult with your medical specialist before beginning use. Good to know: Róa contains less than 2% acetylsalicylic acid on a full 90ml vial.

What body parts is Róa suitable for?

Róa treatment lotion is suitable for all body parts you depilate, including the intimate areas. Would you like to use Róa in your face? Then keep in mind that it is mildly exfoliating, and Róa does not contain SPF. Therefore, use Róa in the evening so that the next morning and throughout the day you can properly nourish and protect your skin with an appropriate SPF.

Can Róa be used for all forms of hair removal?

Yes. The Róa treatment lotion can be used when shaving, waxing, waxing, plucking but also when using an (at home) IPL device or any other (professional) laser treatment. For use around a professional IPL or Laser treatment, the advice is not to use the Róa treatment lotion 5 days before treatment, and 2 days after treatment. Always consult with your practitioner beforehand what the best advice is for your skin. For use during waxing, plucking, waxing and a home IPL device, it is recommended not to use the Róa treatment lotion on the same day.

How quickly do I notice results?

With daily use of the Róa treatment lotion, you can expect a decrease in itching, red bumps and ingrown hairs after up to 3 weeks, but you often experience this earlier. After 14 days, do you have no improvement at all in this and are you using the Róa treatment lotion daily? Then switch to the so-called shock treatment. You apply Róa twice a day for 10 days: in the morning and in the evening. So are you going to experience results in those 10 days? Then go back to 1x daily application. For a visible reduction of pre-existing discolorations in the maximum effect of Róa noticeable after 12 weeks. This lasts so long because your skin is not bleached, but the discoloration is fought naturally by the white Mulberry in Róa. This is better for your skin than chemical bleaching, but leaves in results longer. Still don’t have the desired results after 12 weeks? Then, to address this discoloration, consider a treatment other than YIONN Róa. We hear positive experiences of Eucerin’s anti-pigment cream ( available at pharmacies ). So don’t choose Róa just to attack your pigmentation spots. Róa is an excellent product for reducing pigment production, but less suitable for making existing pigment spots disappear completely.

How long will I do with 1 vial?

One bottle of Róa treatment lotion generally does 2 to 3 months with daily use. Just keep in mind that this depends on which parts of your body you treat all with it. If you do both legs, underarms and bikini line with it, the turnover rate is more likely to be 2 months than 3 months.
